The mobile sauna is located in Fort Worth, Texas. Free delivery is included in mobile sauna rentals within a 20-mile radius of 76107. If your event location is outside of this radius, our team will provide you with a custom estimate of the delivery fee before you book. Contact us HERE.

Reservations must be made at least fourteen days in advance. If you have a last-minute need or do not see availability on your preferred date, please contact a Hälsa Nordic Sauna team member by emailing info@halsanordicsaunas.com.
The rental price starts at $950 for a three-hour time block for the customer(s) to use the sauna. The $950 includes delivery, set-up and tear down by a team member, sauna guide (see below for information about our sauna guides), and supplies for a successful sauna experience.
When you book, a 30% non-refundable deposit is due. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the scheduled rental date.
Upon cancellation, the 30% deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable. If the client cancels more than 7 days before scheduled rental date, any amount paid above the deposit will be fully refunded or client can reschedule to a different date. If the rental is cancelled less than 7 days before the scheduled rental date, there will be no refund.
Hälsa Mobile Sauna cannot be transported safely if there are high winds, hail, or other extreme weather conditions. We will reschedule at no cost to the customer.
Twelve people can experience the sauna at one time.
Youth under the age of 15 are not eligible to participate. People ages 15, 16, and 17 years old must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

Anyone with pre-existing medical conditions and those who are pregnant need to get clearance from their healthcare provider before participating.

Yes! These are the space and access requirements to do so:
If you live in a neighborhood with an HOA, you must provide written documentation from the HOA with approval for the Hälsa Mobile Sauna to be in the neighborhood.
The Hälsa Mobile Sauna requires a 26 ft x 14 ft space, preferably flat. This is within the standard driveway measurements.
The space must also have a water hook up.
We recommend wearing either a swimsuit or simple, breathable athletic wear in the sauna. Choose clothing without any metal components like snaps or zippers.
We highly recommend hydrating during or between your sauna session. Bring a water bottle that won’t melt in the heat or burn your lips. Think aluminum with straw.
There will be towels to sit on inside the sauna. However, we recommend bringing a towel to dry off with at the end of your sauna session.
A Hälsa Nordic Sauna guide will be on site to set up the sauna, make sure the sauna is set at the appropriate temperature, and then lead each group through their sauna time. The guide will give you instructions before you enter, lead a moment of meditation/reflection to start your first session, and keep track of the time. This team member will communicate with the participants when the recommended amount of time for each session is reached and encourage hydration throughout. They will guide you through the cold plunge and any additional rounds of sauna sessions.
Time per each sauna session: 15-25 minutes
Cold Plunge: 1-3 minutes
Rest: 1-3 minutes
Repeat up to three cycles total.
The temperature of the Hälsa Mobile Sauna will be set between 170-200 degrees. The sauna guide will be on site to monitor the temperature.
The cold plunge option is included in each rental. This particular cold plunge can hold 6 people at one time and is set at an average temperature of 50 degrees. As stated above, you will be in the cold plunge from 1-3 minutes (individual’s choice). We recommend optimizing your sauna experience by alternating between hot and cold and you can read about the health benefits HERE. Cold plunge water is filtered and chlorinated.
Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Your body has done quite a bit of work and needs to be replenished. We recommend using electrolytes in your recovery and fuel your body with similar nutrition as you would after a traditional workout. Do not be surprised if you sleep very well that night!
